Once upon a time lived Caroline Suburg who was called Lilli. Here, in Estonia, yes! She wanted more rights for women so that an Estonian could be more proud of oneself and just so that the world would be kinder to everyone. But the others didn't realize what or why - and where you see the mistake then go and... right (a beginning of an old saying in Estonian). She did great things, even pushed the mountains. Read a lot of books and built support for culture. She had time for other people even when she plowed the education furrow, and cared about so many. "If you are a good child, you can go to Lilli Suburg’s school!" She was not mediocre, she had personal brilliance and also a reason to make a fuss, but when the history was written down, she must have been forgotten. But those who don't remember the old stories can't see far at all. Let us remind us and you that Estonian “eit” (a rather offensive synonym for “old lady”) who was born at a time when “eit” was not yet a pejorative and no Estonians had any rights. Why? Because the strongest muscle is the tongue: it perpetuates, crushes. And then - we won't forget anymore. "Lilli" is a verse drama about one still unspoken Estonian awakening age chapter. Lilli Suburg's story of her life and formation is revealed on stage through game and music. Lilli was Estonia’s first feminist, female chief editor, female prosaist, philosopher and founder of an Estonian school. The story gives the viewer the opportunity to ask sharp questions about the values that still exist in society. The chosen form - a verse drama with a musical background - is a modern development of epic folklore, a primeval form of storytelling. A modern heroic poetry about one powerful woman. Mandatory for “world healers” of all ages!
